What facial should I book if I’m new?
If you’re unsure where to start, the Foundational Consultation + Cultivating Ritual is the best first appointment. This allows us to assess your skin, create a personalized plan, and begin treatment the same day.

Are your facials customized?
Yes! Every treatment at CA is fully customized. There are no preset protocols. Your skin is assessed at each visit and your treatment is tailored to your current condition and goals.

How often should I get a facial?
For corrective results, I typically recommend every 4–6 weeks. For acne or more advanced concerns, treatments may be scheduled more frequently alongside a consistent homecare routine.

Do you offer acne treatments or programs?
Yes. I offer both standalone acne treatments and a structured Acne Bootcamp program for clients looking for long-term skin correction. Bootcamp clients follow a customized homecare routine and commit to consistent treatments for optimal results.

Do I need to use professional homecare products?
Homecare is a key part of achieving and maintaining your results. I will recommend products tailored to your skin, but you are never required to purchase. That said, consistency at home makes a significant difference in your progress.

Can I add dermaplaning or other enhancements?
Yes, enhancements like dermaplaning, chemical exfoliation, or LED may be added to your treatment based on your skin’s needs. You can request an add-on at the start of your appointment, and I’ll incorporate it if time allows.

Is there downtime after treatments?
Most treatments have little to no downtime. You may experience mild redness or sensitivity depending on the level of exfoliation performed. I’ll always guide you on what to expect and how to care for your skin post-treatment.

Are your treatments safe during pregnancy?
Yes, pregnancy-safe options are available. The Motherhood Ritual is specifically designed for expecting mothers. Please note that clients with high-risk pregnancies must consult with their physician prior to booking.

What products do you use?
Treatments may incorporate professional, results-driven lines including ZO Skin Health, GlyMed Plus, Epicutis and Circadia. Products are selected based on your skin’s needs and treatment goals.

What is your cancellation policy?
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee.

When should I avoid scheduling a facial?
Please avoid booking if you have:

• Active sunburn
• Open or irritated skin
• Recent use of strong actives (unless discussed)
• Illness or infection

How do I prepare for my appointment?
