What is your cancellation Policy?
Our patients are the most important part of our practice. This cancellation policy is put in place for our patients. Our appointments are reserved just for you. Related to this, we want you to understand that it is also a potential appointment for someone else who may have wanted that particular time.
As a courtesy to our providers and to other patients, we ask that you provide our office a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of appt time, or a no-show, you will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee.
If you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes past the originally scheduled time, we may require you to reschedule to avoid impacting other clients’ appointments.
Additionally, Aspire Med Spa patients and members who miss their appointments by default of a no call/no show will have forfeited the credits to use towards a service.
What can I expect at the Consultation?
During your consultation Katie will discuss your aesthetic goals, concerns and current skincare routine.
From there, she will create a custom treatment plan specifically targeting your areas of concern.
FEE: $100 (Fee will be applied towards same day treatment for botox, but , due to time constraints, may not be possible for dermal fillers.
Do you offer discounts?
We don't offer discounts, but we do participate in a "points" system with Allē.
Earn points on Allē Brands, as well as a variety of other in-office products and treatments like microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, and more. When you’re ready to use your points, just let your provider know you’re an Allē Member and they’ll redeem them from your Allē Wallet. Every 100 points earns you $10 in savings toward a future Allē product or treatment.

how long will treatments last?
The effects from Botox/Dysport will last approximately three to four months. As the muscle movement gradually returns, the lines and wrinkles begin to reappear. That’s when you know the area needs to be treated again.
There is a vast array of dermal fillers can last between 6 months to 2 years. Based on your goals, budget, and medical history, your Provider will help you choose the dermal filler that is best for you.
Will I be bruised? Can I go back to work after treatment?
There is always a chance of slight bruising for up to two weeks after an injection. Following your post-care instructions and using topical or capsule-form arnica can help with bruising.
Do you offer financing?
Financing: Not at this time. And Insurance does not cover cosmetic/aesthetic services. We accept cash and all major credit cards.
